Sephora partnered with City Cosmetics to launch City Lips Collagen Peptide lip plumping treatment in 186 Sephora stores in France. City Lips will expand into the rest of Europe by the end of 2005. City Lips plumped people's lips an average of three millimeters, according to executives. The formula builds and repairs collagen to make lips fuller and reduces the appearance of wrinkles for a younger appearance.
